Any review above 1 star is a lie. They are deceptive and skilled at lying. Made 15 calls over 3 days never once did i talk to anyone about my issue with their deceptive practices. 3 times they actually did answer the phone and hung up!!! DO NOT BUY ANY THING FROM THESE CROOKS. Read the real people reviews that state that as well. The outrageous fees were concealed until after i bid and won (GOT SCREWED) the lot at auction. On a $900 purchase the total after getting royally screwed came to $1522 including $153 delivery fee. Yet to see what they deliver. Will not be surprised if they strip it before delivery to my home. These clowns know full well their phone system is a joke and a waste of time. Their GM admitted that on his return call today. He did not even address why his cherished employees hung up after answering the call 3 times. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR LIES!!! They are skilled thief's and do not address the phone issue on purpose. Surely after ripping off customers with outrageous fees they have plenty of stolen cash to fix their phones if they wanted to. This is a criminal organization that numbers sites in the hundreds. Special place in hell for people like the Gm and corporate crooks at every level. They know. They just do not care. They are crooked enough to be politicians.
