I purchased a 2011 Chevrolet Cruze from this dealership the 22nd or February this year. They kept this car for two days telling me it needed fluid changes and overall diagnostics. Within one day after getting the car it was back in the shop. The mechanic there told me I should take the car back and ask for a refund as the car needed many repairs. I tried but she refused to take it back.It spent over five days in the shop the first three weeks I had it. Although the owner, Ms. Farah Issa, promised to pay for all repairs she refused and I have spent over $500.00 for repairs since I bought it. It still needs work but I can't afford it.
I feel this dealership is totally dishonest, not reputable or to be trusted. Following this review I will be making a complaint to DMV Compliance section and the Better Business Bureau.
