This morning my husband and I visited this location on State St and had a very pleasant experience. They accidentally served my husband bagel bites instead of egg bites and we had to wait for only a short amount of time for them to correct the error but when the barista came back to us with the egg bites she also gave us two gift cards each for $4 and apologized for the mistake and said our next drink is on them. Honestly she didn't have to do that. I would have been back in there tomorrow morning even without the kind gesture. I used to work for Starbucks and this stood out in my mind as a really great customer service experience that should be recognized.
