We showed up in acceptable attire to the 2nd bar - Cabo wabo - well within the given time frame. While at the koi ultra lounge, I used the restroom. My husband and I - on our EDC weekend (that we so happened to get married at)/honeymoon - chose to purchase tickets with this tour, due to an excellent sales man.
The group headed to omnia, my husband and I dashed down the strip directly after I used the restroom. Attendants had mixed answers, so we bounced around a bit trying to figure out if the group had even entered the club. Finally, we were sent to a man (by an attendant no less than 100 ft. away from said man) who said that, yes, LA epic had entered the club and that we were too late to get in VIP (which we payed for) and that we would have to pay the general admintance? (another $50) and wait in the general sometimes line, because they didn't accept stragglers. we had no number to contact your company, because the man who sold us the tickets phone went straight to a disconnected tone. The lady leading the tour did not give us a form of contact.
We paid for this tour, because it lined up with zedd's show at omnia (which we had been considering attending already) and were denied entrance to the event we payed for and were most excited to see.
I am requesting our money back, due to our extremely important weekend being ruined.
