Recently, our car got rear-ended and we chose Tatman because it is listed as one of the facilities affiliated with the insurance company. The preliminary assessment went pretty well and the staff was great to explain what needed to be done. A week later, I took the car in for repair and we had to deal with the other staff, and she was courteous and helpful. We got our car back a day ahead of schedule, and we were impressed with the repair quality.
All in all, we had a good experience. It was a great facility with quality work and congenial staff!
