This was my first time coming to this place. The usual set up with the pedicure chairs against the wall and the desk/tables for manicures. Right off the bat the lady that did my nails still had cuticle skin chilling on her towel. She reached for my hand to start my manicure WITHOUT CLEANING HER STATION. I nipped that in the butt real quick and requested CLEAN towels, nail files and any other utensils that were to be used. She said something in her language and continued to show me attitude. Grabbing/yanking my hands the entire time. When separating my skin from the gel she would aggressively split my skin which would hurt. Every single finger. I went to pay my $30 and she literally stood over me as I wrote the total on the receipt. I tipped her $5 and she grunted!!!! I snapped back and said "excuse me?" She walked away speaking her language while the other lady nicely wished me a good night. I'm sorry but you need to earn your tips. I tipped her $5 because my nails looked somewhat decent. They're thicker and uneven in some spots.
