Rick is the owner and head honcho. He takes pride in doing a very thorough job. We've used him for a few years now and are always AMAZED by how clean he gets our carpets. Pet stains, kid stains, high traffic areas... you name it, he will do his best to get those spots looking like new. Even my 7-year old wishes he could come weekly!
