Sterling Sahara's grass looked green and well-maintained and the place was clean and the paint of the buildings were uniform, warm and inviting but it stops there.
I had a bad first impression of Sterling Sahara in regards to the staff. They clearly hate their jobs and didn't seem to care about their residents, which is why I didn't sign a lease here - WHEW! The current residents' reviews of this place justifies it.
When I first walked in, the assistant manager was the first person I encountered and she didn't greet and just gawked at me as if I was a nuisance. I was mostly turned off when they didn't answer phones when I was there and someone in their staff just sighs and rolls her eyes, which I'm assuming are residents calling for maintenance.
Another "feature" that deterred me from listing this place as my next abode was that there is NO washer and dryer in any of the units but laundry areas - nobody got time for that!
