Seriously can't believe I got in :D! Thank you Kris U for the invite to this intimate Super Supper event at Green Tea Restaurant! I really enjoy these intimate suppers because we get to talk and actually get to know more about other Yelpers on a more personal level :)
Thank you Sweven Media and the team behind Green Tea for your great hospitality; the service was wonderful. There were such a generous amount of food and they were all very delicious! I especially enjoyed the following:
1. Barbecue Pork - simple but the pork was made to perfection, and I love the presentation on that mini grill.
2. Dongpo Pork - literally melts-in-your-mouth good. Can't have too much of this dish... it is always my secret favourite indulgence!
3. Stir-fried Lamb on a Stone Plate - I love everything lamb! The meat was cooked perfectly - tender and juicy! I would order this again.
4. Deep Fried Pork Ribs W/ Minced Garlic and Honey - I got a soft spot for pork ribs :) It was delicious and the meat comes off the bone easily.
5. Bread Temptation - it was temptation indeed. I think we were suppose to just eat the inside only BUT the layer on the outside was even better - it was crispy like a Banh Mi bun - we were so tempted to devour the entire thing!
Oh P.S. can't forget about that freshly squeezed watermelon juice! It was so good.
I will definitely come back for another round! Thank you all once again :)
