Called to make an appointment for both glass repair and a quote on a replacement window on Friday, and the estimator called me to setup an appointment Monday evening.
I was impressed because I got an email from them stating I had a window coordinator and reiterating who the estimator would be, including contact numbers.
Monday comes, and no one shows up. No calls to indicate why. I called them half an hour after the appointment just to find out if traffic was delaying him (although I had just driven 30 miles in traffic to make the appt time), but still no call. No follow ups the next day or any kind of explanation
Thoroughly disappointed as this company seemed promising. Maybe they are good when they show, but doubt I will ever give them the chance to find out now after the lousy service.
