I used to love this store but it has gone downhill since the Bass Pro buyout. There prices were high but the selection was great and the staff were very friendly. I have spent a lot of cash here over the years due to the above. The staff is still very friendly but some of there new policies just push me away. I'm a Veteran and hardly ask for any discounts because of it. I did use it for firearms and ammo which balanced there prices to other shops. I just found out that was taken away since Bass Pro took over. It really wasn't much of a discount but still was nice. I happened to go into Sport mans warehouse and found the same firearm I had purchased for $100 cheaper and they offer Veterans discount to go with it. I should have shopped around better that was my bad. Never again will I go back for firearms their prices used to be competitive but without discount they are just way overpriced. Most local shops offer Vet discounts shame on Bass Pro for this change.
