While I am generally happy with the gym and the classes offered, I had to knock down the rating for the horrible practices at the corporate office. My husband and I have both had memberships for over 5 years. We've been paying yearly until now, and I've had the premium membership for the child care, which I no longer need. When I called to downgrade my membership, I was told I had to pay a $35 downgrade fee. For her to type in the info. Hardly worth $35. I asked for an email confirming my downgrade and the new payment amount-couldn't do that because they didn't have an email form letter for that. I then asked that my payment come out on the 10th or 25th, but they couldn't do that. No reason given that made any sense. This company clearly doesn't value their members once they have their name on the dotted line. We'll keep coming for the workout, but can't recommend this gym beyond that. Maybe hiring administration that can think outside the box a little would be a good investment :)
