I had the absolute WORST experience with this company. Worst service, everything destroyed, and sexual harassment. This actually happened last year, but I was so upset about it, I couldn't handle writing about it without getting super worked up....so here it is, just a little late.
The guys first off, looked like a bunch of thugs....very different than the nice looking guys in the pictures the company posts! I'm a single mother, and was at the house with my three little girls, and I was afraid of being there.
I had paid for them to take apart two bed-frames, and pack my truck up. I have an antique upright piano that was given to me by my grandfather, which I told them many times to be extremely careful with. Well, the bottom corner has a big chip taken out of it. My brand-new $5,000 sofa was destroyed because they just shoved everything into the truck. The bed frames were broken, my table has huge scratched and gouges taken out of it, along with the chairs. My daughter's side-table was smashed. It goes on and on. Everything.
When I saw this after I arrived, and everything was unloaded, I called the company. I spoke to the owner on the phone, and he accused me of the truck being driven crazy, so all the stuff would have gotten destroyed by my own doing. I assured him that the tuck was driven very carefully. He just kept arguing, and ended up HANGING UP ON ME! They say their rates come with insurance...but I'm here to tell you that they WON'T file a claim.
And that's not even the worst of it. After these three guys finished loading the truck, they asked me for a hug!! I couldn't believe it. I was so scared with the three of them there standing around me.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
