I'll never buy anything from sears again!!!!!! Bought a dresser off their website. The box was so heavy I couldn't open it like a normal package, so I had to peal it open like an orange. Once I lay out the parts out to being assembling the thing I realize three of the major parts are broken.
I call customer service to address the issue. They told be to send the item back. I explained that the box has been destroyed because the item was so heavy I couldn't open it with conventional methods, and there was no way I'd be able to find another 6' bot to re-package it in. I asked them if they could simply send me the broken parts. They said no and wouldn't accept any other form or return accept in the original box. Now i have a $200 broken dresser. You'd think from a large corporate company they'd stand behind their product and offer a better customer service.
Never shopping here again!!
