I went to this store when I was in Cleveland back in late May 2010 and it was a very good example of a Giant Eagle. I don't know how the 1 review said it was a very tiny store- it isn't. It actually is 1 of the larger GE stores in the area (80,000 sq. ft.)
I found that the prep foods from The Kitchens were very good and it did carry a lot of the basic things I was looking for. I also saw that the staff was good and friendly. They could have had a few more lines open though at peak times.
The whole area is pretty congested so I would recommend going at off-peak times. The stop lights are insane there.
Overall, I thought it was 1 of the better examples that I have found for Giant Eagle and would go back there with no problems.
