I have played both the south and north courses within the past 10 days. The customer service here is great. The starters and cart girls are very friendly. I paid less than $40 total for the two rounds by booking on golf now.
The north course is a very wide open and forgiving track. It plays at over 7100 from the tips but if you play the next one up its reasonable for high handicappers. You can use your driver a lot and not worry about where you hit.
The south course has more mature trees and is shady
It has some long par 4s (470 yards or so). During the summer this course is empty. I played it in 3 hours with another player.
If you are an Arizona resident or someone visiting here in the summer, you won't find a better value for a nice course.
