Wow, what a wonderful hotel! Looks like the rooms have been upgraded recently, and this is the first... My room has hardwood floors. It's really quite lovely and makes you feel very very at home. The rooms are very clean the amenities are plentiful along with outlets for your electronics, A huge flatscreen TV coffee maker and refrigerator. The bathrooms are lovely though there is no tub with the shower is also pristinely clean. Check in was easy, employees were extremely helpful and obviously morale is high here. Located in a wonderful area of downtown Charlotte there are multitudes of restaurants and bars to explore.
