This is a solid AMA location. I find that they are quick here from a service perspective (quicker than some other locations) but they are a little less friendly - probably goes more with the downtown office crowds they would see. The are polite and everything, just not the warm and fuzzy kind of service.
The location itself is much smaller than most AMA centres but they run it efficiently and they offer all the services a full sized AMA centre would (travel, member services, registries, insurance). That being said though, there is a lot going on from a signage perspective with wayfinding signs, special offers and more (brochures, things on the counter tops, employee badges and ribbons) that it can be visually overwhelming to figure out where to go and what you need to know.
What I like about this location is that it is easy to get to if you work downtown and is rarely super busy, meaning I can get more done on my lunch hour!
