This place has lost its charm. I haven't been here in over a year. I walk in and it's empty save for one man sitting down and another man behind the counter. I say hello to the man seated. He doesn't reply but simply looks at me with disgust. I thought, maybe I look like the guy that dated his sister and broke her heart.
I turn to the man behind the counter and ask for help. He has something smart to say. I bite my tongue. Then he asks the first man, the one that couldn't be bothered to reply hello, to help me. Only then, he stands up with a supreme effort signaling that he was comfortable doing nothing.
I eventually got what I needed. So thank you, unfriendly cigar shop, for that. Bring back the former staff that I knew back when. They were friendly and helpful and chatty. With both of these egg heads there, I won't be coming back.
