I would give zero stars if I could. I brought in a dress that had an attached belt and when I got the dress back there was no belt. I understand that mistakes happen but when I tried to discuss it with the owner, she told me it was my fault for not explicitly telling her that there was a belt. She told me that I probably didn't even bring it in the first place, which is ridiculous because it was attached. Basically she just kept blaming the situation on me. Finally, I brought up the fact that I have tried to drop stuff off in the morning and they weren't open (during open hours, they were just late to open) and that they don't answer the phone when I called...multiple times. Her response: "well you can't have it your way all the time". Needless to say she has no sense of responsibility to the customer and their experience. I honestly don't know how she is still in business with that approach.
