Great idea, poorly managed, I don't know where to begin. They don't staff enough to enforce the rules, we witnessed a blood emergency totally mishandled & I seriously cannot believe it was ever cleaned up properly, smaller kid/toddler area needs more activities for it to me worth the money fur young children, website does not have complete info so we were blindsided by the fact that you are required to purchase their socks, don't link I should have to give my phone number AND consent to reviewing texts from the corporate office who will (no doubt) overlook my desire NOT to receive texts that are not part of my phone plan, not nearly enough seating or storage for all your gear, no security system to make sure kids aren't taken/leave the premises, food tables are rarely if ever cleaned so you have no place to eat after you've paid for your high priced food, once you get inside you find out there are activities that cost extra above your admission. There's more, but you get the picture.
