We eat here pretty often and the sushi is always good. Today, I tried the hot food the twister lunch special. Grill salmon with teriyaki chicken twister special for $8.95 it came with miso soup rice and 1/2 cali roll. Ok, first the sushi chefs here are really good and I do not want everyone to confuse them with the hot food cooks. My only complaint is please clean the bloodline out of the salmon before you cook it. Second, if you are going to leave the skin on the grilled salmon great. BUT, don't cover the Krispy skin with a glaze.
Also, the servers need to bus their tables more often. We hate sitting for 25 min with empty plates in front of us. Advice, for the owner/manager hire a busser for your busy times, you will turn tables faster. All in all its a great place for sushi, lunch and dinner we will continue to eat at sushi twister
