ohhhh! Look at this! you guys finally have a Yelp! Well, let me tell you about my experience with just the salesman. Young kid knocks on my door (that says NO SOLICITING) and tries to give me a quick pitch. I tell him i already have a bug service. Asks me who my service is provided by, then continues to bash them. While he goes over how Moxie is better he is typing in all my info into his iPad. I said look, i'm not gonna change my service. I'm satified with what i have. Then he gets more aggressive. Then i state that i'm in a contract and he tells me to just break it, that it'll be worth it. That i'm probably not in one, that he's never heard of such a thing. I told him that i would research Moxie and then come to a decision. And he says "no you won't" Ok dude, now you are pissing me off. Dont tell me what i will or wont do. What i can and cant do. Who the F are you? That wasnt even the worst part, by the end of the first interaction he asks my CC info. I said for what? And he says, "so we can start your service." HOLD ON! PUSH THE BREAKS! WHEN DID I AGREE TO ANYTHNG?! He clearly is not taking NO for an answer. Then he's like, "why wouldnt you want our service?" So i make him leave and he comes back hours later. So are we gonna start your service? I go, "listen, i looked you guys up and you dont have good reviews, so no. Like i told you before, im happy with the service i have" he comes back with, "let me guess, you looked on yelp? we dont even have a yelp" i respond with "ok now you are being a dick. you lost me at our last interaction and now I'm gonna ask you to leave. This kid was just overly aggressive, rude and arrogant. I told all my friends and family about this jerk. If this is the introduction you guys want to give to your future customers, what does that say about your company as a whole?
