I'm so happy I found this cute little cafe, thanks to Yelp! My uncle lives downtown Toronto and I stayed with him a few days so that I could explore the city a bit more. The two things that were on my list were: cute coffee shops and fun bars. Dineen definitely fits in the cute coffee shop category. It's fairly large and is located in a convenient part of downtown Toronto. Very easy to find, thanks to its big letters saying "Dinnen" right out front. For the most part this cafe is busy busy! Whenever I seemed to look up there was a line to order. Given that it's in such a central location, I can see why it's so popular. As per usual I got myself a London fog, and since I was a bit hungry I got a beet and goat cheese salad to satisfy my belly. Both were delicious! I've given up coffee, but word on the street is Dineen makes a mean cup of coffee. Maybe if I'm back on the coffee train one day I'll give theirs a try. The space itself is beautiful. High ceilings, lots of windows, large chandeliers, printed floors. The aesthetic is gorgeous and definitely worthy of an Instagram photo or two. If I lived in Toronto I feel like I would spent a lot of my time here... for the London fogs of course!
