I have a lot of inside knowledge being a local and working at a lot of these places :) so let me tell you working at the Grand pool was an awesome experience . Guests don't get to see what goes on behind the scenes but I can tell you the staff and managers here truly do care . When I used to work here staff would have a pre-shift every morning to get us going for the up and coming day! Whenever there was an issue upper management would gladly and quickly work to resolve the issue ! The guest is truly always right . The cabana servers far exceed their duties and bring you whatever you need the waitresses are friendly and the receptions and greeters will always work to get you what you want ! The pool is one of the main reasons people stay at the MGM and staff always gives an amazing experience . On top of that the pools are cleaned every night and every thing is well kept for the next day ! You won't regret spending your summer here !
