fan motor went out 1 year after they warrantied the last one when they came out for this review. a couple of problems when i fixed their shoddy work. 1. the tech last year (justice) took all the balancing clips and put them all on one blade- no explanation needed there-unbalanced fan equals broken fan and bad motor bearings. 2. when he replaced the start capacitor he had a 3' run of used wire- in 5 sections of different sizes and all wire nutted together. major fire hazard! i'm lucky i just had to replace the fan and motor and just rewire the capacitor. thats what you you get when you hire a couple of teenagers and put a uniform on them. i only discovered the problem when it went out this year. shame on ara.
