No hard sell here and the work was fantastic
Was looking for a quality paint and body shop to repair some clear coat peeling on the roof of my Wife's Lexus. Mary was one of 2 shops that seriously responded so I came by for an estimate. There, I was met my the shop manager Thi. She appeared to be very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful and did not try to sell me more work than was needed. Instead, she recommended that only parts of the roof that were visible should be repaired. I then asked about repainting the whole roof and touching up the hood area also since it was showing signs of weathering. While walking around the vehicle, she noticed that a corner of the rear bumper cover was loose and said that she would repair that at no additional charge. The estimate I felt was very reasonable and fair.
When I dropped the car off, I met Dave, the owner, who answered some l questions that I had, at which time I elected to have some additional work done.
When the car was ready, Thi was nice enough to give me a ride from my home and I was very impressed by the color matching and overall quality of the work.
The process and customer care of this business was first rate and it was a was pleasant experience to find an honest, up front shop, especially in this town. if/when I need any future repair work, you will know where I will be going.
