My first visit and last visit to a Smash BurgerId give it zero stars, but to leave a review I had to have at least one. My burger came out shoe leather over cooked when I ordered media. When I asked the manager in duty a woman by the name of Lacy whether or not the could prepare burgers medium, he response was "yes, we can but you know sometimes things get mixed up in the kitchen. " she then promptly walked away like that was a suitable and ok response. Probably the rudest response I have ever heard. No offer to fix or refund. She needs retraining in customer service, and being busy is not an excuse.
