Update:
It took almost a month to get any progress on a claim with the third party company they use for damages. The claims company came weeks later with a $112 payout option. First issue with this, this company damaged a $4000 bed. . . $112?!?! You've got to be kidding me. Second of all I had to sign a release of liability form that basically stated I wouldn't sue or post bad reviews of them. . . and after clarification I would have to remove the previous review I left. Are you kidding me?! Everyone should know what kind of awful company this is. $112 is not worth the number of people I can tell to never use this company for your move. Keep it, you obviously need it more than me. Thanks for wasting my money on your service and out a $4000 bed. I will tell everyone I know never ever use this company!
