If I could give them no stars I would. They failed to show up for a scheduled bi-weekly appointment due to illness (at least they did let us know they weren't coming). In the email that let us know they weren't coming they stated that since we were "picky" Anjile only wanted John to clean our house! Last Friday they were due to come back for a bi-weekly cleaning. My husband sent them an email to confirm what time they were coming. This is the email he received back: From: Anjile Skye [mailto:anjilecleaningservices@gmail.com] Sent: Friday, November 09, 2012 9:49 AM To: Rick Johnson Subject: Re: House cleaning I'm sorry we can't make it the drive is to far for us for $## an reading the negative remark that your wife left on yelp makes me want to just part ways after we did so much to try to please you guys for her to state she still didn't want us in your home well we always try to please our clients an I guess it still wasn't enough for her. Anjile Cleaning Services LLC Apparently they have so many clients that they can afford to insult and disappoint any new clients who might be interested in using their service. And apparently they only check Yelp when someone tells them they are going to give them a review. Otherwise, it seems they don't really care whether their customers are happy or not...because if they are not happy, they must be picky. Jeez. Worst customer service ever. I'm sorry. I was willing to give them another chance but they don't seem to want one. BTW, I was not using any kind of deal coupon.
