I have been doing our taxes myself for almost 20 years. In 2016, we sold a rental home in CA and I found myself guessing at the answers for both CA & Federal returns. In researching tax preparers, I came across Andra on Yelp. I sent her off some details of our tax situation and she immediately responded and set up an appt. at my convenience. I decided to stay during the tax preparation to make sure I had brought all the necessary documentation. She asked all the right questions and worked tirelessly to drive down our tax liability well beyond the numbers I was coming up with when I tried to "wing it", The cost was more than reasonable compared to what I know some people pay for less work and I feel confident our taxes are now correct.
