I typically don't like Smiths, especially the one on Maryland Pkwy. But this location on Eastern is quite tolerable. Unlike the Maryland Pkwy location, the staff is friendly... a little lazy, but somewhat helpful too. The pros are that the store is clean and well organized and I prefer the self checkout over the associate line checkout. The cons are that I wish the self checkout machines wouldn't always get stuck and/or stop for no real apparent reason forcing you to wait for whenever an employee gets around to helping. Also, I wish they offered home delivery like Vons.
