The biggest waste of real estate in the entire beautiful city of Pittsburgh. This imposing structure sits above the ugliest, most desolate looking Amtrak station in the United States. While a historical structure, the building is off-limits to the public.
Having toured complex I can assure you you don't want to live here. The screeching and deafening sound of freight trains makes paying any more than around $300 a month waste your money. Contained even the most simple of services, for example an ATM machine.
Pittsburgh is an amazing silly City, but they can do without this dump.
