I always go to this store since its near my neighborhood. I was so excited when they had opened. I got coupons and couldn't wait to use them on my birthday. To my surprise the owner of the store was not so excited with my coupon. He still honored my two waffle bowl ice cream order. However, worked away on my order very bitterly. I asked it I could get a lid for my bowls. He only gave me one lid. Since he already was in a bad mood. I didn't bother to ask for the second lid. Today I came in to order a waffle bowl chocolate with red velvet, birthday cake and pecans. The owner fixed my order. This order is usually mixed together on the slab. What I got was a original waffle bowl, red velvet on the bottom, birthday cake on top and sprinkled pecans on top. The total was $6.80. I pulled out my marble slab card to get him to stamp it. He angerly stamped it and threw the card at the side of the counter instead of handing it in front to me. I do not know what I did to the owner to deserve this kind of treatment every time I come in. I am very disappointed and I have had enough. I love Marble Slab Ice Cream but if this is how I am treated every time I come in I would rather go somewhere else. It breaks my heart as your ice cream is so good. I guess I just need to part ways.
