We ate on a Wednesday in mid May to Tamba during our vacation. Service of Tamba is poor. It took over 2 hours to get the meal after they took the order. Quality of food and quantity of food is below average. Our Naans were not evenly cooked properly. It was a disappointment for the money we spent. They must improve or they will go under.
Next day, we ate dinner Buffett in Aria on the strip across from Tamba. They have Indian Tabdoori food in buffet menu and many others high quality items such as crab, sea food, deserts, Asian, American and Italian food. For what we spent in Tamba, we got many times the value and top service that of course one can expect from a five star hotel. I will like to patronize Indian food but I will recommend to explore other choices that offer Indian food and Tandoor dishes such as served in Aria hotel and casino.
