Never in my LIFE have I wanted to give a place zero stars but this place is the worst I have ever stayed at! EVER! We arrived last night around 8:30pm to see a CAVS game and as soon as our Lyft driver picked us up and told us it was shady, I should have known better. We went up to our room about 11:30pm and thought "oh, this actually looks pretty nice." But then once we turn on the light, we saw a roach run into the bathroom. My 5 year old daughter immediately freaked out and being and adult, I figured, it's late, we'll deal. It's only one. So I gave her a melatonin to calm down, she went to bed and about midnight, I saw another roach. I then had to give myself 2 melatonin to calm myself down to deal. The next morning at 7am, my husband went to the car to grab a water, because our faucet did not work and was gross, and on his way to the car, he saw roaches on other hotel room doors on his way to the car. At this point, we knew it was time to get the f*** out. So, after fighting for 30 minutes to get my daughter into the shower (due to her panicking thinking she's now seeing roaches everywhere), we pack up and leave. Seeing as how we had smashed all the roaches we had seen this far, we open the drawers just so we have proof that we saw them and aha! We see them scatter! On top of this, the place only offer to give us 30% of our money back and Travelocity hardly cared either. My kid now keeps thinking things are crawling on her. I hope my 30% refund helps to pay for therapy sessions
