The service at The Disney Store is just as magical as the entire store. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they officially won me over when they were willing to exchange/return an item, during the Christmas rush, no questions asked.
Setting foot into The Disney Store is like being transported into your favourite Disney movies. With an experience like that, how can you do anything but love it?!?!
