One of the reviews here mentioned coming here is always a roller coaster ride and I couldn't agree more. On very VERY occasional good days, you'll end up with a good (not great) manicure at an affordable price. Most times they just slap on the gel and call it a day so it's thick. The paint job is inconsistent, sometimes nails are slanted, not the same length, just to name a few. One or two of the girls there are consistent and pay attention to details. But because they really push for their turnover rate, you really don't know which girl you get each time. They also have a pretty big selection of colours. I've been here many times over 2 years now, hoping to give it another chance each time. The girl that helped me today was rough and in such a huge rush. She did not pay attention to the length of my nails on both hands, and I had to keep asking her to adjust the shape because it was slanted. When she had to put on crystals, you can tell she was inexperienced and struggling. End result was bumps and unevenness on two of my fingers. I thought about going back to tell her but I just really couldn't sit there any longer listening to them gossip about their customers in Chinese. The most annoying part is although they give you the stamp card to try and get you to come back, every time you bring it out you can immediately feel this sense of judgmental attitude from them. Why give it out if it bothers you so much when customers use it? Pros: cheap lots of colours no appointments needed Cons: busy very little space unsanitary hard to communicate nail technicians poor experience and attitude
