Our air conditioning went out over the 4th of July holiday. I'm ashamed that it has taken me a couple of weeks to right this review. Anyway, the technician that came out was Brian. He was courteous, thorough, and quick. My stomach was in knots over what he was going to say was wrong. We rent and the last thing I wanted to do was to bother my landlord over the holiday.
Brian put 2 1/2 lbs of freon in our AC, stayed until the house got cooler, and charged us as little as he could. I was REALLY impressed that I called him on a Sunday AND a holiday weekend and there was no extra charge -only the base service fee. I'm happy to say that 3 weeks later, the AC is working great. He did let me know that the unit is 11 years old and the freon for it is not going to be available much longer. I appreciated the heads up that I can give to my landlord.
Morehart Air Conditioning & Heating was referred to me by my son's mother-in-law. She told me they were honest and efficient. My experience was absolutely great.
In a society of companies messing over people that don't know the business, I found this company to be a stand up company. I would definitely refer them and use them again, if necessary.
***one more thing, they are in Phoenix. I'm in Chandler. I was shocked at how quickly the technician arrived AND they didn't charge anything extra for the mileage.
