First time at this Starbucks and I agree with the other reviewers... So incredibly slow! And constantly talking about how busy they are, there's only two people working etc...
We mobile ordered 10 minutes before we arrived and when we got here our drinks were still not ready. Not a huge deal... We weren't in a big rush. But what was super annoying is that we ordered 2 grande Americanos with room. I would assume the "with room" would indicate to them that we were going to put cream in our coffee.
She handed us our coffees and then rushed away. Walked over to the area where you add cream to your to coffee and there's no cream out. Go back over to the counter and wait and wait and wait until she finally comes over and I ask her for cream. Rather than hand me a carafe, she hands me a tiny little mini cup half full of half and half. It wasn't even enough for one of our drinks. Had to go back and ask for more cream and again had to hear how they're so busy, she'll get to it when she can...
This is the second Starbucks I've gone to where they've done that... Rather than have a carafe of cream available, they pour a tiny bit into a little mini cup. Super irritating! Just put the carafe of half and half out so I can add the amount I want to my coffee.
We don't live anywhere near this area, we were just stopping in after a volleyball game out this way but since there are several other Starbucks in the area, we would definitely go to a different Starbucks next time.
