I have ordered blinds from Blind Chalet 2 times the past 3 years. We did over 10 windows with the same fabric/product. After about 2 years, we renovated a bathroom and I was ready to order the same product for the bathroom window. The fabric had been discontinued. The employee could see what our previous order was and was able to contact a warehouse and find the discontinued fabric for our shade. I was so happy. Every transaction we have done has been top notch. Someone actually answers the phone when you call and not automated thru 10 things to get to someone. We have been very pleased with their product and customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend and have been when someone commented on how nice our window treatments were.
