I've been going here for awhile and I always love their drinks. However, this particular day that I went in, the customer service was horrible. First of all, as I approached the counter, the guy who was working was not welcoming at all. So I began greeting HIM and telling him my order. He then mumbled something to which I replied "what was that?" And in a rude and loud tone, he told me my total. I ordered a drink WITH boba which is also said in my receipt, but had no boba when I got it. So I went back to tell him that there was no boba in it, and he told me that I didn't ask for it. I showed him the receipt and he just stared at me. So I told him to add the boba and I'll just pay for it. No communication from him whatsoever. Fixed my order, but didn't apologize.
