I received a 1500$ gift card from the owners of R&S mattress at Operation Shower in Phoenix. They went out of their way to honor each expecting military mom with a 1500$ gift card to their store. My husband and I decided to go to the Surprise location, where Scott helped us pick out the perfect mattress. He was very patient with us and our "wild" 2 year old and we felt that we received outstanding customer service.
We also purchased a mattress protector along with the mattress. When I noticed that the cover was defective, Scott immediately sent his inspectors to take pictures and followed up in the process and has been in touch with the manufacturer of the protective cover. Scott has gone above and beyond and he reassured us that he will have the issue taken care of. If you are looking for outstanding customer service, we can only recommend this store.
