I have only been living here for a couple months and I'm regretting it already. As far as the positive reviews go, they do dinners in the clubhouse monthly and tell the tenants to leave good reviews on yelp in exchange for a meal. My review is about the safety and security of the property. This morning I go into the parking lot to go to school and a hateful note was attached. Now double parking is rude however if someone else parks badly and you park next to them well you adjust your car as you can. This can start a chain reaction of badly parked cars but you have a choice where you park ( there are no assigned parking unfortunately). Nevertheless, a double parked car doesn't equivalent to threatening harm to the car. As a new tenant I felt extremely unsafe because I have no idea if the neighbors are mentally insane or just having a bad day and decides to take it out on me. I report this letter to the office staff Paula and Cora and both do nothing. They suggest I call the police and tell me they cannot insure my car's safety. There aren't any cameras in the parking lot and there is security but clearly they are of no use. I would not move in here because you cannot insure the safety of your car.
