I've worked at ice cream joints for years and one of the establishments also made homemade ice cream, those places, however, have nothing on Dave and Andy's. All the ice cream is homemade and they have a great selection of flavors. They also have low-fat, sherbet or sorbet options if you're trying to watch your weight which is very nice. When you walk into the small joint the smell itself is to die for. They also make all of their waffle cones in house and some are chocolate dipped and rolled in sprinkles, peanuts, etc. Do yourself a favor and even if you're not typically an ice cream cone person, splurge and get the cone. The one downfall is that it is cash-only, however, they do have an ATM on site (just be prepared to pay a small fee). I would highly recommend stopping in....you will not be disappointed!
