I just changed my review from four to five stars. I had the dryer repaired after much consideration and it works like a champ. Kurtis was on time, professional, and quick about his business. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need. See my first review below to better understand why.
I only have four stars because I don't know the quality of their work. I called because my dryer broke down. Kurtis came out and said he could fix it for around $200. He followed that with"this dryer is about 10 years old and other parts are likely going to break due to age. You might think about replacing it, even though that means I lose the business." This kind of integrity can't be matched. I will use them for all appliances from now on.
I am certain that when they fix something for me, I will upgrade to five stars.
