From the minute I made my first phone call there Tia at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. She was so polite and professional on the phone even though they were so busy. I called at 8am after my long drive from San Diego to see if I could check in early (I was tired). She not only was answering the phones but checking people in and out and dealing with a sold out property from the night before. I could list everything that she did to go beyond her call of duty but I will just say. She always smiled, always greeted me, always made sure everything was perfect AND she even offered to bring me my room key to the pool when my room was ready! Wow! I worked for Marriott years ago and I wasn't even that nice!!! I believe Tia said she is new the the team but I see great things in store for her and the Marriott chain. Customer service and the front desk is everyone's first point of contact when they check in and to have someone like Tia there will definitely make people become regulars! Give her a raise!
