I called to see if they had a specific type of Nerf gun.
I asked for the toy section and instead of getting transferred, I got put on hold for ten minutes. Then the same woman answered and asked if I was still looking for toys. I said yes and she transferred me to furniture. A man answered there and finally transferred me to toys, where the phone rang off the hook for another ten minutes. Someone then picked up the receiver, and hung it right back up.
I called to speak to a manager, and the same woman to begin with just put me on hold.
Not happy. Walmart has the worst of the worst customer service. I will never shop for anything there again.
