I should have read other reviews before purchasing my couch here. My PIC and I had been to several different furniture stores including this one before deciding the right couch for us was at this store. We returned to buy it but decided to give the place a walk through one more time before the sale. We were immediately pounced upon by a sales person named "Q". She followed us around like a lost puppy asking us questions, hovering and staring and making us uncomfortable. We had already decided on the couch so we told her we would take it. She immediately seemed lost on the entire purchase process. She couldn't figure out the price, she didn't know if the item was stocked and as we walked over to the counter to start giving our information I began to become irritated. We waited almost TWO HOURS for her to complete the paperwork and allow us to leave. We sat, we stood we answered all her questions and the time and frustration seemed to extend. She had no idea what she was doing. She quoted us the wrong price twice, she made the mistake of misinforming us on the chaise being in stock when it wasn't and had us fill out paperwork twice. Did I mention it was $100 charge just to get the couch delivered? I won't be shopping here again.
