I really enjoyed our stay here, everything was great but the staff are really wonderful. We stayed in the Oasis One-Bedroom Suite which comes with your own heated plunge pool and a chiminea fireplace! It was really a treat at night to have a drink in the pool with the fireplace going. We dined at 2/3 of the onsite restaurants and both were really great - both have large patios so you can enjoy the view while having your meal. Talavera (upscale) was the best meal we had on our trip...the restaurant itself deserves 5 stars!
One thing to consider before booking here is the location. You can not walk anywhere so you will have to rent a car, Uber or cab to head anywhere. There is a courtesy mercedez they let you take for a short period of time if you take a short survey, so we took advantage of that and took the car for a few hours to run errands. If I recall correctly, it's about 30 minutes to downtown Scottsdale and about 20 to the Kierland area. For us, we enjoyed the peaceful tranquility of the area so it wasn't a con as the purpose of the trip to relax and unwind. If you want to be in the hustle and bustle this would not be the place for you.
